Are they having party?

While doing my blog,We heard from outside some music.My husband ask me what's going on?Well i don't even know,i replied.So i check outside i notice our neighbor is having party.Of course those teenager.Then i went back inside and i told my husband that i they our neighbor is having a party and we will just understand since it is weekend.The only days that those young teenagers can celebrate their party.
